You’re young, you’re small, and you’ve got energy to burn. It’s time to play netball beginning with NetSetGO at the Geelong Basketball Netball Centre

NetSetGO is Australia’s official starter program for kids aged 5 to 10. It’s a chance to learn the netball basics, and make some new friends. For a lot of kids, this is the first time they’ll pick up a netball or throw on a bib. It’s a learning experience, it’s heaps of fun and its a great place to start your netball journey!

As you move through the weeks of NetSetGO, you’ll pick up more advanced netball skills. One week it might be passing drills and ball games, next it could be shooting, leading and practice matches. All our NetSetGO sessions are led by a friendly netball coach, using equipment built specially for kids.

We also have Junior Development and 9&U Competitions for players that have competently completed the initial NetSetGo program and are ready for modified competition.

Our Junior Development League has been specially designed to help the transition of NetSetGO into real netball.

Played on Saturday mornings, our Junior Development league is specially designed for netball beginners aged 6-8.
